How Does Guaranteed Rent Work?
Once you submit the guaranteed rent enquiry form, LH7 Property Management will assess your property and arrange a prompt viewing. Within 24 hours, we’ll provide a formal offer outlining rental terms, contract length (typically 3 to 5 years), and any planned upgrades. Once agreed, we take over the upkeep and pay the first rental instalment, ensuring your property is maintained to high standards.
Near the end of the contract, we’ll carry out an annual review to discuss renewal. If both parties agree, we’ll either extend the current agreement or set up a new one. If not, the property will be returned in the same or better condition than when we received it.
